Delicious Chinese recipe for stir-fried royal clams with ginger and chilli

Chinese stir-fried clams with ginger and chilli

Ingredients:

  • 1kg royal clam
  • 1 onion
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup Chinese rice wine
  • 5 slices of ginger
  • 2 peppers
  • 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tablespoon light soy sauce

Cooking method:

  1. Soak the clams in salt water for half an hour to remove excess grit.
  2. Over medium heat, sauté onions and garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add Chinese rice wine, ginger, chili, clams and sesame oil. Cover and wait until the clams begin to open (about 1 minute).
  4. Add green onions and serve immediately.
